Accurate Air – SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions (2-Way Messaging)

These SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) apply to text messages sent to and from Accurate Air using (480) 894-2998. By providing your mobile number and communicating with us by text, you agree to these SMS terms.

1) Program purpose (service-driven, not marketing)

Accurate Air’s 2-way texting is used for support and customer management related to HVAC services and normal customer interactions related to work initiated by the customer (not marketing). Messages may include, for example, appointment reminders (including day-before reminders), appointment confirmation, technician “on-the-way/arrival” notifications, and after-service follow-ups such as links to invoices, proposals, or diagnostics, plus requests for reviews or referrals.

2) Consent to receive texts

By giving us your phone number (for example, when requesting service, scheduling an appointment, or texting us first), you authorize Accurate Air to send you text messages related to your service request and ongoing customer support.

  • Your consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • You can withdraw consent at any time by opting out (see Section 5).

3) Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your service activity (for example, scheduling, appointment updates, and post-service documentation).

4) Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and from you to us. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

5) How to opt out (STOP)

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us (unless you re-initiate texting or re-enroll).

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9) Eligibility & acceptable use

You must be the authorized user of the mobile number you provide. You agree not to use our texting service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful communications.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of SMS texting with Accurate Air after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
