James T. Wood II (Tom)
James T. “Tom” Wood II is President, General Manager, and co-owner of Accurate Air. With over 54 years in the HVAC industry, he brings unmatched expertise in both service and installation. Tom’s leadership ensures customers receive reliable solutions and a level of care only decades of experience can provide. A proud USAF veteran, Tom is dedicated to keeping Arizona homes comfortable year-round. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his three kids, eleven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren, along with quiet mornings filled with football and plenty of coffee.
Sandra Zurick
As Vice President and co-owner, Sandra Zurick has been part of Accurate Air since 1981. She plays a key role in guiding operations and supporting the team, making sure every service reflects the company’s family values. Sandra’s leadership helps create an atmosphere where customers feel heard and cared for, whether scheduling a repair or planning an installation. Her people-first approach shines through in every decision, ensuring Accurate Air remains customer-focused. Away from work, Sandra enjoys time with her husband, two grown kids, her dog Nova, and visits to local coffee shops.
Dolly Cutruzzula
Dolly Cutruzzula, Secretary/Treasurer and co-owner, has supported Accurate Air since 1988. She helps keep the business running smoothly, ensuring every job is handled with care and integrity. Dolly’s role keeps Accurate Air grounded in its family-owned foundation, while also helping customers feel confident they’re working with a team that truly values community. Behind the scenes, she provides steady support to both staff and clients. Outside of work, Dolly enjoys reading, puzzles, and spending time with her four children, two grandchildren, and her cats and dogs.
William Wood (Billy)
William “Billy” Wood grew up in the HVAC industry, working in Accurate Air’s sheet metal department from a young age. He specialized in installations and fabrication, bringing skill and precision to every project. Though an injury moved him away from daily fieldwork, Billy continues to be an active co-owner, contributing to major decisions and keeping the company true to its roots. His history ensures Accurate Air remains focused on quality and care. At home, Billy enjoys reading and spending time with his wife, two children, and three grandchildren.

This is an excellent A/C and HVAC service company! My family has been using them for over 30 years. The technicians and office staff are polite, efficient, and accommodating. They installed a new A/C heat pump unit for us in 2018 and did a fantastic job at a very fair price. I would never consider using anyone else.
David was exceptional. I would use Accurate Air again if needed. I would recommend Accurate air. The other company that came by totally tried to rip me off, but David fixed the issue that day compared to the other company wanting 3 times as much for work that I didn't need and it was going to take a week to get the part.
