James T. Wood II (Tom)
President & General Manager | Co-Owner
With over 54 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Tom is the backbone of Accurate Air. As President and General Manager, he ensures customers receive the reliable solutions and expert care that only decades of experience can provide. A proud U.S. Air Force veteran, Tom is dedicated to keeping Arizona homes comfortable year-round. When he’s not leading the team, you’ll find Tom spending time with his three kids, eleven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren, enjoying quiet mornings with football and coffee.
Sandra Zurick
Vice President | Co-Owner
Since 1981, Sandra has been an integral part of Accurate Air’s success. As Vice President and co-owner, she plays a pivotal role in guiding operations and ensuring every service reflects the company’s core family values. Sandra’s people-first approach creates an environment where every customer feels heard and valued. When she’s not at work, Sandra enjoys spending time with her husband, two grown kids, her dog Nova, and exploring local coffee shops.

Dolly has been with Accurate Air since 1988, and her steady leadership helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. As Secretary/Treasurer and co-owner, Dolly ensures each job is handled with care and integrity, grounded in the company’s family-owned foundation. Outside of work, Dolly loves to read, work on puzzles, and spend quality time with her four children, two grandchildren, and her pets; cats and dogs alike.
William Wood (Billy)
Co-Owner
Billy grew up in the HVAC industry, working in Accurate Air’s sheet metal department from a young age. Specializing in installations and fabrication, Billy brought his precision and skill to every project. Though an injury moved him away from daily fieldwork, Billy continues to play a vital role in major decisions and ensures the company stays true to its roots. Outside of work, Billy enjoys reading and spending time with his wife, two children, and three grandchildren.

This is an excellent A/C and HVAC service company! My family has been using them for over 30 years. The technicians and office staff are polite, efficient, and accommodating. They installed a new A/C heat pump unit for us in 2018 and did a fantastic job at a very fair price. I would never consider using anyone else.
David was exceptional. I would use Accurate Air again if needed. I would recommend Accurate air. The other company that came by totally tried to rip me off, but David fixed the issue that day compared to the other company wanting 3 times as much for work that I didn't need and it was going to take a week to get the part.
